I’ve been saying Sauce Gardner is overrated and borderline trash for 2 fukking years.

Definitely wanted to protect him. The offensive-line is not great, and they probably didn't want to see Maye get killed. However, Jacoby was not that mobile and doesn't have NEAR the arm of Maye. I'm glad Maye is starting now as I've been extremely impressed so far.
