MHJ only flaw imo is his hands & aggressiveness.He doesn't have level 10 hands like a larry Fitzgerald.He's more like level 8.He's also a bit lackadaisical at attacking the ball while it's in the air.He just waits for it to drop into his hands.If he can up his aggression, learn to use his body to shield off DB's, and high point the ball;should be an easy HOF'er.Still a work in progress.
