Funny enough, the worst case scenario would be our teams face off in the 1st round

Neither are real 2nd round caliber teams but the winner would walk away with the false narrative that they are, and the likely offseason complacency/hesitancy to make any moves as a result.

I sorta retract this statement.

At this point it would probably be seen as a big disappointment to lose to a spiraling MEM team, nor would we gas ourselves up as being "legit" for beating them.
