I definitely get the opinion that certain coaches get that "genius" label very early in their career, but he has had to deal with a concussed Tua, injuries to their top HB, and then injuries to a weapon like Waddle.
I don't trust the Dolphins at all, but I can't put a ton of the blame on him. The Dolphins are a team that I would not be surprised if they beat or lost to any team on any given day. They can put up 40+ like it's nothing when they are clicking.
