What is there to reimburse? No contract. I can't imagine the NFL giving them a draft pick for this either. One of the guys drafted by Minnesota last year died in a car crash and they didn't get a comp pick.
Would be hilarious if Cincy tries to make him pay for the team private jet trip that brought him to the city after the draft lol.

I dont think hes allowed to re-enter the draft...I might be wrong, but Im pretty sure bengals still have the rights to him

I got a feeling about this team. I think they’re going to build something special.
He can, but can't get drafted again by the Bengals. He'd also run the risk on dropping in the draft and losing out on millions from that draft slot.
