KOC keeping his job. Wentz just sucks

Nah, the decision to draft McCarthy and let Darnold walk was largely built around the idea that KOC is a QB specialist with a system that's largely plug and play. It honestly wouldn't be so bad for him if both Darnold AND Daniel Jones weren't doing incredibly well right now. shyt gets real weird when a coach and a GM come together to miss on a QB pick.

Probably just the ownership being cheap and refusing to call it a day on McDaniel now so they're not paying for an extra half a season to not coach, but I can also see the justification.

This team isn't getting better with a simple coaching switch. Tua won't magically become a better QB with a coaching change. They aren't getting a completely new secondary to match a new coach. At this point, might as well go full tank and see what you can make happen with having a a high end draft pick to attract a new coach and GM.

this is the same thing I saw on his college tape. Penix is a great thrower with great velocity outside the numbers in a clean pocket

the moment you start hitting him, getting pressure on him, forcing him to move off the launch point, force him into off-platform throws, his accuracy just dips and he starts dirting balls and being inaccurate. instead of moving in the pocket and resetting and throwing with accuracy.

hes like a more mobile goff but with less overall arm talent (he does have better velocity). you need a very good oline to protect him from being rattled and have lots of blitz beaters. almost all blitzes by Saleh were disruptive yesterday
