While Fields does need to be more decisive, look at these play calls. Denver is able to get away with man coverage because Jets only have one WR who you have to worry about, but Surtain can neutralize that. The OC needs to be calling more man beater players. They aren't scheming many people open.
I don’t understand how every week the announcers talk about how effective the jets and hall are at running the ball…yet they are always in 3rd & 7

He's been bad for sure. But damn you got to know what you're working with at QB. Call some WR screens, or run a pick play of some sort. Run more QB options. Mix it up to give Fields plays with direct easy reads.
