Any average level QB can lead a team to the playoffs in the right situation. NFL just keeps on showing us this every season. All of these castoff qb's becoming good elsewhere. Teams stink because they aren't making the right decisions with their personnel from players to coaches. Not because they haven't found a great qb(not many of those actually exist).
