I don't fukk with the Bears as a Lions fan but honestly....fukk Aikman. I'm tired of the way primetime broadcasters serve as propaganda talking heads for a very specific type of (white) QB. I don't remember if it was MNF or SNF but the way those dudes were talking about JJ McCarthy earlier this season (after the Vikings barely beat the Bears) was pathetic. That's their type of guy though. Rah rah leader, charismatic white boy who might not be good at (pro) football but hey...he plays the right way and brings his lunch pale to work and is sneaky athletic. A black QB is never afforded that type of rep. Hell they don't even give veteran QBs praise when they revive their careers. Geno didn't get an ounce of the praise Baker gets, or Daniel Jones is getting this year. And yea I know Geno is back to being trash this year but I'm talking about 2023-2024.
