watch the Bills outside of 2 games a season then talk to me. They've given up 200 yards rushing in 4 games. Giving up over 6 yards a carry. If Buffalo played Indy in the WC Taylor might run for 300+ on this defense. How many Bills Wr's are starting for playoff teams? They had Shavers & fukking Gabe Davis starting yesterday. Show me any top 10 QB with a WR core like that I'll wait :what: :ohhh::what:

How many Bills WRs are even starting on any team...

Saquon is averaging less than 4 yards per carry yet the eagles are 8-2.

The Patriots are not only gonna win the AFC East, they are gonna do it by several games. One of the most shocking developments of the season.

Never saw this coming thought this would be a building year. Nobody did. Just the normal bullshyt Over hype of the bum Bills winning a trash division like every year recently and them flopping in the playoffs

One person on here was calling it all offseason but then backed down off that prediction after the so-so start. @BucciMane would be that dude right now if he held firm with the shyt talk.

Yeah, the Patriots definitely walked into the perfect storm of NFL scheduling doing what it's technically supposed to do in regards to parity, their QB making a big leap now that he has a couple of more reliable weapons, and the Bills getting the exact opposite out of scheduling and roster build.

I think it's just that no one expected the teams they played to be as bad as they are, and I don't think anyone expected the Bills to be this inconsistent basically overnight.

I wasn't too sure what to expect of them this year. I was not completely sold on Vrabel being an elite coach or the coach that would turn it around this quickly. People here think I used to over-hype the Patriots or be a "homer" regarding them, but not ONE time in my life have I ever definitively said they would win the Super Bowl. I always say it's the NFL and any team can win on any given day. It's not college football.

With that being said:

-Vrabel has been excellent. You can see he's a players coach. Always congratulating the players after a big drive or big stop.

-The defensive additions in free-agency have been huge. Having Gonzo stay healthy have been very impactful as well.

-I had no idea what to expect with Diggs, but he has been a 10/10 addition so far. His on field performance has been great, but you have not heard ONE peep about him off the field or any sort of complaints. Then there is Mack Hollins who might be the biggest surprise to me. He has been absolutely fantastic.

-Getting Henderson going has made a difference the past few weeks.

-I don't want to over-hype or overrate Maye, but I am absolutely sold on him. I always say I don't put a lot of stock into rookie seasons and that years two and three show you more. He has been fantastic this year. Putting numbers aside, just watching him, you see it. Every time he throws a deep ball, I think a massive offensive play is coming.

Now, in regards to the strength of schedule, I understand people saying it's "weak". However, this is not college football. There are not automatic wins in the NFL. We've seen top teams lose to bottom feeders multiple times this season. The Patriots have beaten the teams they should. I'm not saying they are a juggernaut, but I think if people watched them on a weekly basis, they wouldn't keep just talking about the schedule. They are a legitimate contender. Would I favor them against a healthy Chiefs or Ravens team? I might not favor them against those two teams, but there's not another team in the AFC I wouldn't favor them against.

Yeah I don't knock tams for having weak schedules as they are doing what they're supposed to be doing by beating weak teams. They still get credit for that. The only time I take that into consideration is when the playoffs start and I'm guessing who is going to win. Maye has looked great but the real test is once they face the tough teams. That is what separates the Cinderella QBs like Darnold, Daniel Jones, and the like from the real deal. I personally think Drake is going to be a great one.

For as much as people are dunking on the Chiefs every one of their losses is against current playoff teams and almost all were games they had an opportunity to win late. IF they make the playoffs I still have faith.

I don't dismiss concerns and questions about teams with a "weak" schedule, but we see good teams lose to "bad" teams all the time, and the Patriots haven't done that. I don't want to cherry pick, but I don't really count week one games as anything can happen. Then they had four lost fumbles against the Steelers, with multiple turnovers at the goal-line. Those things aren't going to happen often.

They need to continue to win the games they should. If they beat the Bills again and then the Ravens, what will people say then?
