Mamdani ran a splendid campaign. Cuomo had big money and MSM and familiarity behind him. I also think New Yorkers are generally idiots when it comes to primaries. We treat them shyts like preseason football. Tonight was the real election and I think the people who rode for Mamdani took it seriously. He was out here walking the streets, doing regular ass podcasts wherever.
Mostly, the fear mongering that came with people who hated Mamdani had me wondering why I'm supposed to worry about him. Jewish people low key fukked it up because they truly believed that because they're Jewish, despite them not having the kind of population that other groups do, their wants and needs were more important than everyone else's.
