Desantis is finished. it's Vance, Cruz, or Rubio. i wouldn't be surprised if trump gives Desantis a job in '27, to shore up the base
the only exception is if Putin drops that blackmail by 2028, and it's so bad that ANY association with trump is torchedthen they'll have to look elsewhere
DeSantis is not finished until he wins a nomination and loses in thr general (Trump is one of the few exceptions).
Many politicians (Ronald Reagan, Biden, etc) ran multiple time unsuccessfully before they ended up winning.
