Again, the transgender issue is something that Democrat voters agree with Republican voters. Those other issues you mentioned while Democrat voters are against Republican criticisms, the Republican voters agree with the Republican party. Democrat voters don't agree that transgender women are women too. Republicans paint the picture that the Democrat party are prioritizing transgenders over women and children, that's a turnoff for a lot of Democrat voters, who will opt to sit out elections, as you very well know. That's exactly how Youngkkn got elected Governor of Virginia in 2021.

Problem is you want the Democrat party to do/say what is always right. Republicans are going to do what it takes to win. If that means making false promises, outright lying, slandering/demonizing groups of people, exasperating trivial/minor stories, manufacturing scandals, bribing, paying off podcasters, etc., they will do it. To them, the ends (winning) justifies the means. And it is working.
