in the parallel universe with no covid, dems lose in 2020. i know it's unpopular to admit around here, but the trump economy in 2019 was as good or better than obama left it: trump doesn't lose to that 2020 Dem field

and then the Dems win in 2024, after a real primary, and 8 years of trump/a clownish republican field trying to carry the mantle and failing

I agree they would have lost in 2020 for simple fact they ran a bad candidate just like in 2016 and 2024. Bidens saving grace was covid and the fact that the left un the primary forced him left. He was trying to run on the same " im that democracy saving tough guy" shyt before Warren and Bernie pushed him

I think it’s clear that Trump is underwater.

And his push for redistricting is him telling us all he knows his party is going to lose next year.

His pollster (Tony Fabrizio) has the GOP down in 28 battleground districts. Dems only need to flip 4 to get the majority in the House.
