What in the hell is going on out there?? @the cac mamba

covid fascism :yeshrug:

a lot of people have no interest in going back to one-party rule in nevada, after what the Democrat house let King Sisolak do during covid. so a moderate Republican governor vetoing Dems on raising taxes, and generally leaving us the hell alone, is fine with a lot of people out here. at least for now

because i can also tell you that poll isn't a reflection of pro-Trump sentiment. no tax on tips is a total bust, and our visitors are down :dead:

so Ford might pull it off, and our two Dem senators are safe, but that poll doesnt surprise me at all

but when I say something yall get mad :hubie:

dems are fukkED
that's an interesting race. Lombardo's a pretty reasonable Republican, he's not perceived as a MAGA at all. so my guess is that people are "ehh, why replace him". i like Ford but he's not well known, he's just kinda a generic Dem opponent

that's kinda Dems' problem; why do voters NEED you back in power, other than Trump acting like a huge fakkit. healthcare might be that issue.

let's not get into what you do and don't understand :mjlol:

if those covid era subsidies expiring have exposed anything about obamacare, it's that it might be time to stick a fork in it. it was a noble effort, but if it's this vulnerable, and needs to be subsidized this massively, maybe the country can do better :yeshrug:

i mean, if it's really about what's best for the american people, then use the last gasp of the cultlike hold trump has on the GOP to reform everything in 2027. if we can get better healthcare passed for the country, i don't give a fukk about whose name is on it. no one should
