Wish Willis the best and glad the brother rob Miami

But i don’t see him succeeding in that organization
Stop gap for whatever QB they draft.

Turned like 6 or 7 starts into 45 million guaranteed :wow:

Him and his agent need to teach a class :wow:

I get that if you are talking about other circumstances. But I dont get it for this specific circumstance. You just won the SB with him carrying the load and your other back hurt his knee in January. If any of that was different, I could see it.

Point is they won so no need to make an emotional decision to run it back. Let him walk and find a cheaper replacement

The team isn't built to win but he just needs to prove he's a legit starter then he can bounce to a better situation for a big long term contract.

They have Waddle so he's got a WR. He's got Achane in the backfield and their RPO game will be scary. If the new coach is any good and they nail the draft maybe they're competitive.

If you won and this person was a major reason why, bringing him back is a logical decision...especially when you dont know what is gonna happen with Zach. Dude signed a 3 year deal for < 50 Ms, not exactly a huge commitment and we all know these contracts aint real. So you either get 3 more years of productivity and hopefully contending for chips or drop him when he stops being worth it. There is no losing there. Going from an SB with a great run game to not having such a run game and now asking Darnold to carry you against teams playing the pass (SEA was near the bottom of the league in light boxes ie teams focusing on pass more than the run) is a risk and not a wise one with a proven SB squad IMO.

No it ain't. They get a compensation 3rd rd pick and they keep financial flexibility cuz JSN is gonna reset the WR market. They gotta resign Witherspoon to a large contract.

And there GM is top 3 in the league. He's hit on so many draft picks. They'll find a replacement

He's had a ton of carries so far in the NFL and college. He's missed alot of time with injuries. His last year at MSU he had like 400 carries
That was five years ago when he was in college and no he didn't. He had 268 carries his last season at MSU. Of the 68 pro games he's been around for, he's only missed 10. Including his 4 playoff games, he's avg 250 carries in 4 seasons. I'll take that. Hell, Gibbs has more touches than Walker in 1 less season.

Money shouldn't be an issue if you got a SB team. And the money aint real...just look at what the Rams are doing. And thats yet another issue...the division is loaded. The slightest bit of slippage can be the difference between best record, bye, hosting everything to going on the road. When you got a team this good, your focus should be right now and winning all you can, not the future and financial considerations.
