Problem is.. it seems like all he's tryna do is bring in as many MIL personnel as he can.Good for Pete. Go terrorize the Yankees.
Stearns didn't take the collapse lightly. Jettisoning everyone who he doesn't like.

I think they can be better with a few signings and a trade or two.. but I just don't think Stearns has it in him. For somebody that grew up a Met fan, he's got a small market mentality. That shyt hardly ever works and I'm starting to think that it's not gonna work here neither.Even if they get tucker, this team will be worst next year.
And the Brewers have been better than the Mets the last few years. I don't have a problem with it.Problem is.. it seems like all he's tryna do is bring in as many MIL personnel as he can.

Give it a chance damn. What definitely hasn't worked for over 5 years is Alonso, Nimmo, Diaz, Lindor. Peterson and McNeil. They haven't even won a division. And they have recorded some of the most embarrassing losses to the Braves in Mets history.I think they can be better with a few signings and a trade or two.. but I just don't think Stearns has it in him. When they were losing to teams they had no business losing to down the stretch I was yelling at the TV get rid of everybody! Stearns feels the same. lol
They been here 6 years and we haven't won anything. They may have not been the reason they lost but they were also the reason we didn't win.Alonso and Diaz weren’t the problems they were some of the few bright spots
The Mets were a 83 win team last year and we just got a lot worse by getting rid of two of their best players
They now are even further away from being good and need a few good moves just to try to get back to the mediocre team they were last year never mind contend
I mean, we got no choice, right?Give it a chance damn.
Tell me what positives Stearns has done in his tenure in NY. Maybe I'm missing shyt since i'mWhat definitely hasn't worked for over 5 years is Alonso, Nimmo, Diaz, Lindor. Peterson and McNeil.
