ITS THE NEW ENTRY LEVEL MIDDLE CLASS. YOU CAN PAY YOUR BILLS AND HAVE A LITTLE FUN WITH LIFE.

NOT GONNA FLY IN A LOT OF PLACES OUTSIDE OF THE MIDWEST OR THE SOUTH.
First off. Entry level does not mean 1st job.
It means entry level to A department or business unit.

You can have 5 years or 19 years experience. You can still be considered entry level depending on the director of that business unit.

It isn't..

But, I think a person can get by in a LCOL state, if the work a bunch of hours, get full benefits, have a roommate or two and is conservative w/ their 💵.
10 years ago in a LCOL state, that was just fine to live comfortably even without a roommate so long as you don’t have kids. Not sure what that equates to these days though

All i know is in a civilized and developed society no one who works a job full time 9 to 5 should haves to struggle for a roof over their heads or to put food on the table regardless of the job. its shameful.

This. You shouldn't be out here, having to do "mental gymnastics" to keep a roof over your head. There's folks out here, with respectable jobs (employed by prominent corporations - Amazon, Fed-Ex, etc), putting in 40 hr. work weeks, at minimum. You shouldn't have to work 60 - 80 hours a week to maintain, basic necessities. A side hustle, nor a PT job (on top of a FT job), should not be the norm, nor requirement.

But shyt won't change, cuz too many ppl continue to cape for the rich (and the heads of these companies), as if they give AF about you. :heh:

Got folks caping for corporations, and telling the average worker, they're being greedy, asking for raises, or profit-sharing. Or implying your not working hard enough, bad w/ money, or need to "pull yourself up, by the bootstraps", when you're putting in OD hours, on top of the "wear & tear" on your body. Ppl are defending a broken system.

Every state outside of California, northeast, Washington State, DMV, would eat good off $21 an hour.

my uncle in Mississippi makes $22 an hour at a Warehouse, and he thinks every chick that messes with him is a gold digger :shaq2:
All depends where u live in WA.....in Seattle hell no! That ain't gonna cut it.....in the south end and in Tacoma....yeah that will work....
