id been enjoying alot his recent features but i didnt know he was this talented. he shocked me w/ his performance on much of this album. alot of potential hits here also. the only track i didnt care for was a&t. his breakfast club interview also sold me.

21 Savage is one of those rappers who I thought dumbed himself down to appeal to appeal to a wider audience but even then he showed some moments of brilliance in Issa Album which is why I had it as one of the better albums of 2017.
This time around I think 2 things are kind of happening. New age Trap as a genre is actually evolving even though the talent level isn't always high. The rappers aren't neccessarily slaves to a certain formula and are using trap as a background for their unique talents as opposed to adjusting to fit the aesthetic.
The year is basically over but this is one if the better new age trap albums not to come from Young Thug, 2Chains, or Future.
