When 21 first dropped, i was a huge hater...he represented how hiphop was slanting always toward style>substance. Like damn this nikma just whispering n mutterin
But i can tell he actually been workin on his writing n delivery. He even dropped some actual insightful subject material on a few songs off Issa. And he murked most of his features all year.
Im not sayin he ever gonna be a great rapper/lyricist but he actually is rappin rappin now...has a solid delivery, can hit different flows at times and even has good punchlines
Production is great as usual but he contributing not just being carried by a hot beat
