The issue with indians is the fake credentials , false dot paperwork, and falsified training. Those white drivers have real cdl credentials from real schools. How about we get the Indians at least to that bare minimum level of the white dudes?


Rather than banning them entirely I think it would be more effective to put them in official government designated training schools instead of their own schools for each other, ran by their biased countrymen. I'm in favor of even giving a subsidy to specific carriers to employ them after govt schooling to ensure that they are competent.

It's even worse because one of their indian drivers can attend their countrymen's school and then immediately get hired into their countrymen's trucking carrier. Meaning the usual checks for physicals, drug history, work history, etc can all be ignored and doctored in a way that a mega carrier like Swift or Schneider can't do , due to heavy federal regulation.


The whole system for checking If a driver is qualified to drive falls apart when their school and their employer cannot be trusted.

There are legit regulatory holes being exploited, but your claim that this is an "Indian issue," and that white drivers all have real credentials from real schools, just isn't accurate.
