I can’t trust myself to maingain. Bulking is a necessary evil to satisfy my insatiable appetite cutting is just me driving thru with it to make it to the next bulk. You prolly eating what 3000-3300 a day max

I don't count calories son.. don't even know how to do that shyt lol.

I just go to the gym and work hard.

If I wanna get more lean I just do more cardio and stay off of candy and snacks.

just weighed myself on a legit scale so I’m 212 right now and I suspect some of it is water retention from the test. Next cycle should keep me dry and add 10lbs of muscle to put
me closer to my target, if I ain’t impressed then I’ll go back on the horse til I amfukk around and do 5 compounds in one cycle if that’s what it takes
