Rajon has played 44, 48, 48 and 44 minutes in his past four games. With that type of burn and his style of play, I'd be surprised on nights he didn't approach a trip dub.

The thing that really stands out here is his efficient volume scoring, but given his career as one of the more limited scorers at his position it seems more anomalous than anything.

How bout when he carried the Celtics to game 7 of the NBA Finals

What. I'm not mad, given his productivity as a playmaker (especially on a team that allows him to dominate the ball to his liking) and a defensive rebounder, its not that surprising that he's managed to accumulative 10reb 10ast in that type of minute workload. What I really question here is his efficient volume scoring on the night which does seem flukish given his inconsistencies throughout his career.

the real story of tonight is Cousins dropping 23 (I think) in the 3rd quarter to bring the Kings back.

Rondo is the only healthy PG on that team right now.
They have nobody else to bring the ball up.

His first efficient scoring game of the month. Like it's been said, he's played 40+ minutes for the last four games. With the way he dominates the ball, a statline like that isn't surprising. Plus not to mention it was against arguably the worst team in the league. Nothing to see here.
