I remember in my school's 6th grade prom they played NO SCRUBS and all the girls were on one side of the dance floor singing it to all the boys trying to play us, then they played NO PIGEONS and we all went wild :krs: send your daughters to 6th grade prom so she can be called a bird brehs

Anyway, on topic. I think today's hoes are much worse than the 1998 hoes. Today's hoes have the internet and are way more viscious and versatile when it comes to throwing around p*ssy. They not as broke as hoes from that era either, selling p*ssy left and right online and squeezing simps for all they money

Heauxs today can make $$$$$$$ because they have more ways to parlay their skills. Shyt, a Gen Z broad can make big money without sucking one dikk.

Gen X broads had to earn that money on their backs or on their knees.

Millenials sort of did it both ways...hybrid heauxs if you will.

That scrub shyt stuck around for a minute though. The Pigeon song got play but MSM didn't let it blow up like Scrubs. Whole generation of broads saying they want better/richer/better-looking men....dudes today are like :yeshrug::mjtf: ".......and what are you bringing to the table?"

Yep. Gen X hoes damn near died, just trying to get a damn drink in the club because tricking was looked down upon.

I blame the rise of the Strip Club Culture for thottery and IG for making hoes popular.

Never understood how they were able to release and promote this as an actual single..I believe it’s on the album too

but they might’ve both been on the same label or something (not sure)

under parody...same shyt how Al can do amish paradise, fat, eat it, etc.

Late 90s was superthugging on steroids. Crack sales, hyper masculine fighting, and jail time was all the rage in rap. A single like this was :gladbron:

Today, brehs like them would be cancelled, or mocked by the Future autotune tricking type of artists.

I don't think that qualifies as 'parody' in hip-hop, though. More like a response/answer record.
