And yes Dominicans and Ricans (USA BORN) can say nikka all they want and not just cause our home base is NYC and we grow up in a hip hop culture but cause WE DO have African roots In us and we either dark skinned or got family that's dark skinned. And the most important part is.. NO ONE SAYING NIGG-ER which is the word blacks should be getting offended by not NIGG-A which we all know REAL WELL by now is a term of endearment
