That's a daysailer. It's not designed for crossing the ocean. It's designed for day cruising in and around harbors. Because of the way it's built, it's not designed to withstand the type of waves that you get in open water. Neither does it have guardrails to protect a person from falling over. Neither does it have a steering wheel, you have to maneuver the boat using the tiller, which would be too much for ocean traveling.
Overall, not the type of boat to take out into the open ocean.
There are even luxury daysailers twice the size of the one in the OP with all the bells and whistles that I have been coveting for years and I still would feel uncomfortable going out into the open ocean because the general design is just impractical for that type of sailing.
