Why a cause for concern? Gaming is good for some professions even. Pilots and surgeons that are gamers are actually better at their job when they game. Hand-eye coordination and the like

I get all of that, but its a big shift in gaming.
The average age of the gamer = the less games being made for kids overall. It might not seem like a big deal, but to me it is.
We got nintendo for that. Their games can be enjoyed by all ages.
And you can't forget about iPad gaming. Their are a ton of kids games for that shyt. My nieces and nephews love that shyt.

Nothing like crying over the fact that you couldn't beat Ninja Gaiden as a 5-6 year old. shyt forced you to strategically move through a game. All these runner and angry birds type games are too easy IMO
