Song is :wow: ...One of the reasons I love Gza/Wu in general. He'd b saying shyt I could not understand for the life of me but would sound so ill.

"On a man made lake there's a sheet of thin ice/where an unskilled skater couldn't figure 8 twice" :what: :manny: :lawd:

Couldn't have said it any better myself! It's just something about the Wu that captures your attention whether you fully understand it or not

Classic Niccas
drake aint outshine nobody on "ashton martin music".

talembout:
"i talk slicka.......than a pimp from agusta
who just had his linen suit dry-cleaned....wassup wit ya?"
***does gay hand-movements in the video as if he just dropped a classic line***

:shaq2:
f**k outta here wit that
:heh:

i have argued with many of my jayz stan friends and told them how bun was skating all over that beat. "go read a book you illiterate bytch and step up yo vocab" bun went in.:win:

"no sit back and peep my scenario
oops my bad, thats my scenawrio"

:stop:
:scusthov:

and pimp c's country mumblings were nothing to write home about either. i dont care how many hillbilly rappers made hooks out of his verse.

jay's 2nd verse knocked them out the box, but i never noticed that the verse was added. i never cared for the song like that and i already stopped listening to volume 3 well-before they made "big pimpin" into a single.

but even his 1st verse wasnt outshined really.

off-topic but still on camel:
nor do i think that eminem outshined jay on renegades seeing that i never cared for eminem's verse at all.

as for "run this town", i dont know. song was average as f**k. i dont remember anything about it aside from kanye providing a few catchy lines for lames & novices to vibe to.

At least they got number one right..

Missing mystikal though because he kills dudes on their records all the time

travesty that hes not on the list.

TRAGIC!!

3 stacks had nikkas all across america reciting that verse word for word, nobody remembers the rambling big boi was talking about.

:childplease:

what type niccas you be around?

run this town over "put on"? kanye's verse on put on was that year's anthem
run this town isn't even a top 20 verse from ye

kanye ruined "put on" with his corny autotune mumblings.

i always skip his corny little verse.

Though Renegade was murdered by Em, after listening to that track again i can say Jigga brought the heat too. Em was just on some other shyt with his verse.

blueprint is classic but yes eminem killed jay on his own shyt nas said it. where are these other "eminem killed you on your own shyt" classics?

Game ft Eminem - We Ain't
50 Cent ft Eminem - Patiently Waiting
Dr Dre ft Xzibit & Eminem - What's the difference
Lil Wayne ft Eminem - Drop The World
Drake ft Kanye West, Lil Wayne & Eminem - Forever

:deadmanny:

"Forgot About Dre" killed DRE
"Don't Approach Me" killed Xzibit

nice gimmick

why even waste time responding with that?

:why:

yea. that was really jarule's song tho.

and yea, jaz got em something vicious. but he'll never make an industry list, unfortunately.

biggest questions: WHY IS BEANIE SIEGAL NOT ON HERE? he legitimately rapped circles around jay tons of times. he merked jay thru a whole album as well. yet, no mentions.

Yes im serious. My definition of murder is when a artist rips a track so much u forget the orignal artist verse. Nas on Verbal intercouse. Fab on that wayne track. X on money power respect. Kim on quiet storm remix. Big on Flavor remix. Jay on those supposed songs he got murdered on,quotes are still brought up by his fans and non fans. Thats the thing with Hov if he dont completly destroy a track. It leaves room for people to say ish like this. Cuz in all honesty if u are a real true hiphop head there is no way u think Jay got murdered on those 3 songs. Now if u wanna say his verse wasnt the best thats one thing... But murdered:stopitslime:

Agreed 100%

And I still think Jays 2nd verse was the dopest on the track.

"I had to hustle, my back to the wall, ashy knuckles..." :lawd:

I didn't relate to Em's verses. Even tho I thought they were dope in their own right.
