Even though overstated I agree with this also esp bold. The non bold is exaggerated since you mainly seem to see this in the hood type environments regardless of race and I don't think that speaks for everybody at all.

Then explain why Asian men and Hispanic men marry outside their race more than Black men. There have been several studies on this. Blacks are about 17% in IR and Whites at 9% IR whereas Asians and Hispanics are in the 20s and 30s in terms of the percentage that marry out.
