285 lbs to 165 lbs...is it possible?

165 is my dream weight but it’s hard as hell to lose weight and work a 9 to 5...any suggestions? I need help brehs I can feel the diabetes coming..it runs in my family smh


I lost 56 pounds by doing these steps

-no pop
-no alcohol
-drink plenty of water
-limit fast food meals
-eat those plain Cheerios for breakfast with a banana. Avoid sweet cereals and pancakes.
-squeeze in some vegetables
-no eating past 8:00pm
-limit sodium intake to 1,500 mg a day
-Workout at least 4 days a week. Burn at least 1000 calories on the treadmill

Easily possible. Just start fasting. And not that intermittent fasting bullshyt. You need to do PROLONGED FASTING. Build a habit of fasting 72-96 hrs back to back to back. Eat only 1 meal every 3-4 days and you'll melt off all that fat in about 3 months.

Go to the gym

Won't make a difference if your diet is like shyt. What you eat and how much you eat has a far greater impact on your weight than how often you go to the gym. I see a lot of fat people in the gym all the time. They stay fat cause they're not eating right. You can be lean and healthy without going to the gym once. As long as you don't eat too often you will lose fat. Its simple. As long as the calories you expend are more than the calories you put into your body you will lose fat.

Fat people are fat because they eat too much too often. Cut down on your food intake and the pounds will melt off.
