Why would assertions that are contended to be made by the Defendant and serve to show his guilt not be "strong enough to pass as evidence"? Do you even know what you're talking about?

Of course I have doubt I listened to the individual stories and to me there were some that I would believe but others were complacent at the time and are revising history. Most importantly this is for a payout not anything else, these women were rounded up and paraded, even prepped.

This was a well organized attempt to fleece the man. The reasons are dubious its not for a just cause. If that was the case they would have spoken out as soon as they felt violated. Someone was aware if his history and compiled a series of accusers whom revised their stories to fit the occasion, they were not all victims by their own accounts some felt victimized after the fact.

I came to this discussion late, and I ain't caping for Cosby, however, a side of me hopes he beats all of this simply because Gloria Allred is representing the "victims." Hate that woman. Real talk though, I really don't give a fukk about any of the folks involved.

Wrong. It was stated multiple women went back sexually, and others put themselves in a situation where he would have his presence around. Why be around someone who raped you/harassed you period? Then other women jumped on the civil case so they could make a case of their own. It's about money and celebrity. If it's about rape, then seek justice first and foremost. The women are testifying to past events that involve Bill Cosby. I'm saying that if the women can recall certain assertions MADE BY Cosby (whether verbal or nonverbal) that serve to show his guilt, those assertions (made by Cosby, who is the declarant) may be admissible against him.
