I'm an attorney well actually I run a hedge fund now....but I did criminal defense before later getting a gig at a large firm doing anti-trust work.
I've done rape cases and trust me women lie. These women should get no sympathy...money...or attention. Do people even realize how difficult it is to defend yourself 30 years later.
But lets clear up some myths and clear out all the propaganda, junk science, and legal myths.
1. It's a lie that people don't believe the women. When they cry rape. Are you people out your fukking minds.
Do you know how difficult it is for a man to beat a rape case. And it's typically show boating ass nikkas leading the charge to convict nikkas even in voir dire.
I won a gang rape case where three Ethiopians were accused of raping an incapacitated drink white girl. My client beat the case because there was no dna but while the jury was deliberating the sheriff was saying they no your guy is innocent but they still want to convict.
Anybody stating rape victims don't come forward out of fear of being disbelieved is just an idiot regurgitating what they hear on tv. Show me the nikkas beating rape cases
2. Junk Science- the lie that most rape victims don't come forward because they fear they won't be believed. I wish some expert witness would try to say that bullshyt in court
That is prosecutorial propaganda past down to the steeple who regurgitate the shyt without any knowledge or basis on how it's true.
First, how do you know they were raped? Just because they told you they were raped and didn't report it.
Secondly, if you were able to discern they were raped why couldn't law enforcement and the jury see it too
Third, it's just fukking hearsay. You don't know if they were raped you weren't there or have any evidence to prove it and your motherfukking so called expert ass marked them down as being raped and not reported with no evidentiary basis.
When I was in the military they warned us about lying ass bytches claiming rape on soldiers.
In conclusion, you are not a raped victim to other people until you prove it. Calling a woman a victim because she accuses rape demonstrates how biased the system is against men.
