Are you talking about food that they bought? If so then Ive never felt that way.

Food thats been cooked for me by someone else almost always tastes better than if I cooked the same dish the exact same way though. Thats weird. I think it might be similar to massages. Like if your neck is hurting and you massage it yourself it doesnt feel nearly as good as someone else doing it for you.
