Right now, it's a day trade mostly because market is too volatile. If you miss 1 bad swing then the port get ruined. orange fukker really ruined the market for swings. 1 bad news we crash.
but most of you should be able to bank. Nilly will call plays at the open and it usually pops within 15-20min. so just be ready to sell. You are buying 1 contract, so you can't scale out. just eat that 15-20% and wait till the next play.
back then i would do this to grow my small account which i started with 5k. I grew it to 100k. just eat 10-15% a day and s/l if it drops 10%.

bought 10 cons, sold between 80-110%. shyt damn near at 230% now
