Long story short: I left my job in July of 2020, filed for unemployment and was approved. I certified for weekly benefits every week until I started a new job in March 2021. Altogether on the website it says I'm owed over $13K but none of the money has been released. Every time I try calling it says their call volume is too large and I should call back, can't leave a message. I tried to hire an employment lawyer but none of them seem to know how to navigate this situation.

$2K if someone has a way to help me recover this money.
