One time I was out past one at that age and it resulted in my ass getting drunk sneaking into a club. I knew I shouldnt have did it, & I didnt do it again until I was legal.

shyt, I was out at one sometimes as a 15 year, kids do shyt, in normal countries you shoudln't have to fear getting shot at just because you're out at 1 lol you just said that you sneaked into a club drunk, shyt what's BAD about that? you have a story to tell and nothing bad happened to you right? If someone shot you at the club would you have said "Aw yeah right, I wasn't supposed to be here, never mind me".

Lol I ain't saying that. I shouldn't have been out and had something bad happened to me, i'm not saying nothing should happen to the perp who did it, but I would take responsibility for my poor, and illegal, decisions. That's my point.

Again, she shouldn't have had to worry about getting shot at just as he shouldn't have had to worry about somebody mesing with his car on his property TWICE in one night, but you can't gloss over her mistakes in this situation. As far as the shooter, he's going to rightfully get punished.

What a confusing remark, there is no but after you state the bolded. They didnt deserve to be shot at, this guy is a demonic maniac and took someones life instead of just using the local authorities to handle this situation. Hes another Zimmerman and another Denner.

He lost his cool and stopped using his brain. The demonic realm loves that and has a place just for him where he can lose his cool all day and no one will care, prison. @malbaker86 you're my mans, but I just cant ride with this kind of thinking. We've really developed a victim blaming culture in America --- we saw this with the Trayvon Martin case, where folks dove into his background and activities that night in order to justify his homicide. Seems like if you're black, you cant walk around, pull harmless pranks, knock on a door late at night, listen to your music at an unacceptable volume w/o getting your head blown off by some entitled suburban douchebag.

This is a free country, and taking responsibility for a minor offense is a fine, or community service --- its not capital punishment. We need to be in the business of challenging these homicidal maniacs who treat their streets like its call of duty, and not blame the victims for their deaths. This was a lil girl....children do dumb things, its all apart of growing up. Shes not supposed to die.
