Drivers Responsibility Fees. They were completely ended in 2018 by Big Gretch and everyones fees were removed. A lot of people, including me, didn't have a valid license for years. During a study in 2012, 34% of drivers in Michigan under the age of 30 had a suspended license, 64% of drivers under 30 with a Detroit address had suspended licenses.
