Pac tried to be a good man despite having all the odds against him, all his life he had the odds against him. From his mum, Feds, the streets in which he was raised in to street dudes as friends to snake ass ballers that actually were dirty gangsters to Suge Knight.
Drake and Pac are not the same, the only resemblance is that they are both good at rapping and selling records. Which would mean that Busta Rhymes and J. Cole are the same or Bizzy Bone and Jay-z.
Edit I should've watched it first, he said that they are completely different but that they've both done commercial shyt and real shyt. Well, it's hard to deny that.
