Pac : Poetic Justice
Ice-T : What's that about?
Pac : (*silence*) ... It's a Love Story.
Ice-T : Oh Cool.
I never knew the three even linked. I know Pac always showed love to Ice Cube but to me it seemed Cube always throwing subs at Pac after he passed. Ice-T too, so it's interesting to see this footage. Props.
Well, Ice T has always and still does have love for Pac, but he's an OG (literally) and in his mind he felt Pac was moving too sloppy and it cost him his life.Pac : Poetic Justice

Well, Ice T has always and still does have love for Pac, but he's an OG (literally) and in his mind he felt Pac was moving too sloppy and it cost him his life.
I feel that's Ice-T's main gripe with Tupac, tried to give him advice numerous times to cool it down but he persisted, saw he wasn't moving smart, granted his age, but still felt he was operating too recklessly.
Ice Cube on the other hand, I feel like he initially had some respect for Pac, not love as Ice-T did but rather respected him as an artist but I think Cube felt a bit jaded that since he, born and raised in Cali was the West Coast's best rapper for quite some time dating back to the N.W.A. days up until maybe after The Predator/Lethal Injection but then suddenly around '94-95 Pac, a guy who's not even from Cali, natively speaking, born on the East Coast in NYC, lived in Baltimore, and spent time in the Bay area, etc suddenly has fans and even himself declaring that he's the king of the West Coast.
Cube took that personally, as far as the music goes, that's why on Bow Down and later albums he puts so much emphasis on being the “Don” of the West Coast. These two guys were Pac's biggest influence on his music, it's crazy they never made more music together but I guess that's just how it is.

Oh really. I never knew that I can only remember when Pac was giving Ice Cube props on an old documentary he was in a firing range practicing shots and shouting out all who had shaped him. Props on the info I noticed on other platforms Ice-T was quick to give a sly shot at Pac.

I was wondering why Cube kept taking digs at Pac. Saying hit em up went too far and this and that.
I only heard ICe Cube give 2pac a compliment just once on Patrick Davids or Piers Morgan's podcast. Outside that He is always taking pops lol.
"last words" was one of the best songs on Strictly 4 my nikkaz.. You've never heard that???
