Tupac will always be the Goat to me as well. But, hey, that's my opinion everyone. And plus, a lot of his music have grown within times. "Brenda gotta baby" "Hit em up" "Hail mary", "Changes" "Only god can judge me".

His music may not be for everyone, that's what the good thing about music. Everyone has their own tastes, and their own group of rappers that they like. That's life.
