This is like 2Pac’s “Cleanin Out My Closet” track
It’s more like Cleanin Out My Closet” than it is like Dear Mama clearly high-value content that would’ve seen the lights of day much earlier had he been alive. This song is a purposeful addition to his catalog and an artist of Tupac’s caliber is aware of that - despite getting through a bunch of songs at a rapid rate in the studio, and even chastising venerable veterans around him who had their own pace and process, there are also instances where he would revisit the same song concept multiple times and even at different points in his career.
another one of the things Tupac does is name drop song titles within his lyrics, there are many instances of this throughout the later verse and he closes the song with a quote of a cinematic quality. This was probably meant for a 1997 album, perhaps MATW 2

I read somewhere years ago, that they had at least a few more albums worth of Pac material. Crazy part is people like Daz have unreleased Pac music as well. I never heard of this song tho.
