When people talk about Pac being the GOAT this is why just the sheer soul and emotion he displayed on this track is amazing. The Stevie Wonder harmonica puts it over the top for me.
I haven't yet heard a rapper that has been able to consistently capture the black male experience like Pac. So when he says the lyrics like the one below I feel him 100%
