I just don't see how dude would of fallen off musically....He had one the greatest talents in LIFE, the ability to express oneself in way that makes people pay attention...

He was a great communicator...He was a fashionista...Pac was doing that feminine dress code, tattoos, and piercings in awkward places back 1996...

Look at hip hop today, Pac would fit right in...

2Pac, in my opinion, is the Godfather of 1) the mixtape rapper...Pac started that philosophy...Look at all the Makaveli Tapes we have...2) Pac is the Godfather of that Trap/Drill music...That basic give the people something that hits hard delivery and subject matter, and don't worry if the flow is little off and etc., just give people that raw product...Pac would been a monster on this Lex Luger and Young Chop beats...

At the same time, pac would of BEEN a monster on the beats Kanye used for MBDF....

Finally, Pac had a fool-proof album formula that works and at the same time makes sense...

1) Song to show love for the homies...
2) Song to mourn the homies that passed...
3) Song for the strong women in the struggle...
4) Song for the wretched whores destroying the community...
5) Song to warn youngins about the traps of thug living
6) Song ignorantly glorifying thug living
7) Song :pacspit: at the world for all the injustices
8) Song with the pose

And what Pac did better than most of these other rappers is that, he used beatmakers with similar sounds, that way the album can make sense...

Dude was GOAT producer in hip hop...I am counting MATW, AEOM, and Makaveli....

To put a cherry on top, everybody seems better or same level as the next one, even though they all portray a different stage of his life...

Oh, and I believe the "Makaveli tapes" are because The Realist stole the masters from Death Row and leaked them...

Not a pac hater, But I can't help but feel like he was on a downward spiral prior to his death. Wild as he was and the money he owed to death row. I think he would be in the same position as DMX right now. A wild druggie who always getting locked up and dissing relevant rappers.

man i popped in that makavelli album the other day... dude just kept getting better and better, the album feels so complete. got dance songs, songs for the ladies, songs that get you pumped up, positive messages, introspective thoughts, beef, etc.; of course it had negative elements but his music always did have some of it just like his peers had in there music :manny:

so fukked we'll never get to see how much further he would have taken it :sadcam:

LOL, these young cats that only know Cube from "Friday" don't realize he was one of the hardest rappers out at one time, but everyone grows up... At least the smart ones do...Pac was already getting heavy into movies before he passed.

With all that money he owed to death row, what do you think he would have done? You can't tell me pac wasn't already in a depressed lonely state so drug use wouldn't be out of the question.

Dude would've moved on and made new money. That bogus accounting wouldn't of held up in no court and I don't think Tupac would've went after what he was owed legally he would've just moved on to other ventures. Makaveli Records, Euphanasia Film Productions, he wanted to start a management company, a music video production company and a song production company with Johnny J (songwriting + production) - he already had clientele which including Alannis Morrisette
