2Pac's Biographer: “He wasn’t tough,” “He couldn’t fight”, “didn’t know how to shoot a gun.”

Can’t snuff a nikka if you facing him
They both squared up

Orlando got knocked down and that’s when Tre Lane and the rest stomped him out
If a celebrity rolled up to you, asked you a question, then hooked off on you, is that the two of you squaring up?

Keep it a buck

To me, squaring off was what almost happened with him & Keith Murray at the House of Blues

:patrice: I’m seeing all this discussion on multiple topics. But no one brought up Pearlman said 2Pac was accused of rape with another woman in LA

That's exactly how the bullshyt starts... This is cointelpro disguised as "Journalism"

If this really happened then wouldn't this woman joined a assembly line when that Ayana Jackson shyt happened?

This incident supposed to been in 93 when around the time Tupac was in the news everyday for all kinds of shyt and he would have definitely made headlines in California.

30 years of his life shown in documentaries, podcasts, movies, interviews, books etc and yet this pecker wood and some crooked cop has access to this information?

Tupac family are really whoring his brand . No wonder he felt alone and paranoid:snoop:

He says Tupac is one of his favorite artists ever. Yet he can’t help taking shots at him throughout the book when it’s not even necessary and interjecting his personal opinions.

The beginning of the book before he joined Digital Underground was interesting. But after that bleh.

And I think I saw Edi promoting along with Fula and his cousin Kendrick. That’s wild to me to promote something that portrays your family as a rapist. But :yeshrug: they’ve been dysfunctional for decades

Either they really didn't read the book or they sold Pac out for $$$$

yeah, but technically, HE hasn't said anything. It's a journalistic presentation. Everything stated is quoted from other people that knew him. Your beef is with the people that knew him. He never said 2pac wore nail polish, these were his high school friends saying this. He's reporting what was told to him  . And I hate to be the voice of reason for a crakkka, but that's how research works when you do it the right way to avoid lawsuits. The crazy part is after quoting someone that said Pac was kissing fakkits on the lips, or that he was wearing eye shadow and fingernail polish, sentences later he actually defended him. Now are those people lying? I don't know, but this is why you should read something for yourself instead of making comments off cliff notes.

I've always said that if you want to try and find the truth, you read an autobiography AND biographies about the subject. Compare the stories and within all of that, you can somewhat form a truth out of it. I'm not here to badmouth 2pac and I'm not here to be his defender, but I will tell you this, I know I've bought more 2pac albums than all of his fans in this thread dating back to 2pacalyspe Now. Physical shyt from 30+ years back. So if I'm "hating" and most of you in this thread don't even respect the man or his legacy to buy his albums, then what are most of you doing?

I aint reading his narrative, ive heard what I needed to about this book. EDI Mean already called him out to his face about fabrications. I've heard enough. The 2nd half of your paragraph is irrelevant. I bought every 2pac album including makaveli 3 times, first on tape. 2 on CD cause I broke the first cd in my pocket. And All Eyez on Me twice cause Book 2 got broken by my friend in middle school. We all supported Pac albums, youre not special in that regard

this is a pretty good book. The first thing he hit us off with was the Brenda's baby Davonn Hodge. I know it was on websites a week or so ago, but I didn't hear about it until I read this book. Like Staci Robinson's book, it's informative and well-researched. A lot of shyt I didn't know about. I saw an interview yesterday about the author saying Easy Mo Bee just avoiding the rape case because he didn't want to pay for parking. I know that's in the book later. To the 2pac groupies reading this, your hero, like any other people, does have a side that was most likely never told. I'm not saying 2pac was gay, because I don't believe that, but certain things never came out. Just like Malcolm X. In his autobiography, he didn't mention that him and one of his brothers was the reason his mother got sent to an insane asylum because they kept stealing money from her in their teens. It doesn't diminish all that Malcolm did later in life, but it's a part of his history..
Can you expound on this or post the interview? Definitely interested in this
