Yankee Stadium? shyt you never gon get no sleep on Fridays and Sundays out there buddy.

its not THAT close to the stadium but its in the vicinity. 172 and walton and the stadium is on 161 and river ave. thats like a 10 minute walk. plus we both work on the B and D line in manhattan so it would be easy commute n the apartment is huge and renovated.

this is the actual listing http://www.nybits.com/apartmentlistings/fde6501198b1881ac79ff26bef73300c.html

edit: my bad thats 1195 not 1100 n its actually 165 n walton not 172 :lolbron:

I've been to Detroit several times. I feel like you can drive through an endless amount of Detroit near downtown and not even see a soul amidst blocks of boarded up buildings.

Been there also, you take one step outside the property of the casinos and it looks like Baghdad, but less safe

I would never live in NY. I make just as much if not more money working in the DC area and I don't live paycheck to paycheck. I prefer comfort in my home rather than being able to party and see celebrities that I don't give two shyts about.
I live in NYC and I NEVER see celebrities whenever I go to Manhattan.

I never heard people liking NYC just because they might see a celebrity. LA? Yeah but not NYC.

Until they grow up and realize there's this thing called rent :patrice:

money is the reason why people can't move to NYC, they dream of it until they realize a small studio apartment is the price of a house in the dump they live
