I believe Tank but the reason is irrelevant you can't take a time out in a fight, especially not a knee this is more on the ref than Tank he got so lucky.
He fights who steps up. Haney got beat on, Shakur faked a hand injury, Loma wanted to be a family man. Who is he supposed to fight? He is the big name. Check the attendance and PPV numbers.
