The only decision other than Mick firing Steph was to fire Rollins.
So, they dropped the ball and still messed up the whole Mick is tired routine.
As Mick could have easily fired Steph as an inring competitor and told her to scale back all the condescending tone in talks because she was no longer on roster as performer.

Instead we get this cripple ache bullshyt again every year.
