The problem with false positives is if the person isn't allowed to get a 2nd opinion, they will assume it as such. Those numbers are added even if it's not correct. That is scientific or medically irresponsible.

One thing history has taught us is that once you give up your rights you don't get them back. After 9/11 folks gave up rights with the patriot act the govt has been violating your rights and collecting info on you ever since.

I meant currently. I misspoke, forgive me. Trying to convey a message without typing too much(cause people start ignoring your point after a paragraph) caused me to do that. That said, the current dialogue isnt centered around influenza.
