Nah i get paid evert 2 weeks on my 9-5. every 14 days. fukk that twice a month shyt. I remember when i was in the military and they did that shyt



Been dont that since 1999. Notice the dates i mentioned are all on thursday. My money is usually always in the bank by 630AM on thursday

I prefer 2X a month. Makes it easier to calculate for bills.

15th and last day of the month.

Not every company does this. My current job pays salaried employees every two weeks thankfully.

They did do this at my last job though. I transitioned from an intern to a full time position, not realizing that I was going from an hourly wage paid every two weeks to a salary. Had a breh hitting up finance like “why hasn’t my check been deposited in my account!? “

Only to find out the salaried employees there got paid on the 15th and the last day of the month
