As an institution, Law enforcement's role in American society is for express purposes of subjegation. They're not there to guard your well being or improve your quality of life...even the supreme court said so. They're there to extract money out of you to place in the states coffers...and find ways to get you behind bars. Which itself is a multi-billion dollar industry, Hence America having 25% of the world's prison population while having only 6% of the world's population.
